In this role you will apply your AML expertise to design, build, implement, and execute an AML Quality program. Roles and Responsibilities: * Audit the Risk Specialist teams to generate scoring and error data and identify investigator trends and process and/or training gaps. * Utilize audit output data to prepare and submit reporting on trends and defects to leadership and Operations Managers. * Aggregate audit output data and analyze trends in deficiencies and provide recommendations on process enhancements. * Deep Dive if substantial errors are identified that may indicate a change in filing decision. * Analyze and provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trend surfaced to Operations and Program Managers. * Work with the Quality Compliance Manager, Compliance Managers and Operations team to initiate discussion and identify remediation options of identified process deficiencies. * Manage leadership escalation by handling complex or exception cases from business and operations teams. * Analyze data to make risk-based recommendations on segments that should have more or less rigorous quality audits. * Participate in the design, implementation and continuous enhancements (both large and small in scale) of the AML Quality program. * Analyze trends in deficiencies and provide recommendations on AML Quality program enhancements. * Assist with maintenance of the AML Quality program documentation including policies, procedures, and reporting recordkeeping. * Partner with Quality Compliance Manager to develop system requirements for the AML Quality program with the goal of automation of manual processes. * Promote a collaborative culture of compliance, providing AML subject matter expertise to business and operations teams. * Assist the Quality Compliance Manager and Quality team in keeping abreast of changes in state and federal AML laws and regulations, and help make recommendations for potential adjustments to internal policies, procedures, and controls. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of prior experience in financial services supporting key elements of an AML program. * Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC regulations. * Working knowledge of MS Office * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * CAMS certification, or willingness to obtain, preferred. * Payments or e-commerce background preferred.
