Description Apex Life Sciences has an immediate 6mo contract opening for a QA Specialist with Our client, a large, international beverage company in Seattle, WA. This is great opportunity for someone well versed with QA Documentation experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The QA Specialist will implement and audit the manufacturing quality strategy, food safety, process and program quality and regulatory compliance to ensure the continuous supply of safe, wholesome and premium quality products to customers. Responsibilities : Maintain Quality Management Systems. Approve documentation for Food Safety and Quality processes. Keep current the Quality database. Maintain data integrity. Analyze data, present findings to the group Archive regulatory records. Update all plant managers on new documentation practices. Audit plant records. Technical writing Requirements BS Food Science or related field. 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup 1 or more year of experience working in a manufacturing plant.
