Swedish Medical Center Medical Director Critical Care - Clinican Role in Seattle, Washington

Seeking a board-certified Critical Care physician with both clinical and

administrative experience to act as executive medical director for Critical

Care at Swedish Health Services. Full-time position with hours divided between

administrative duties and clinical care. The program includes 120 beds in 9

units across 4 campuses as well as a teleICU program. Excellent compensation;

comprehensive benefits. The medical director will work in a dyad partnership

with a Swedish Health Services (SHS) administrative partner to ensure that all

medical programs conform to SHS standards of quality of care and that all

physicians and advanced practice clinicians adhere to all applicable SHS

guidelines. This position will share joint accountability with its dyad partner

for attainment of financial performance targets, compliance with accreditation

standards, and organizational requirements, such as medical management

strategies, disease management programs, and service improvement initiatives,

including customer satisfaction and complaint resolution. Join us and enjoy a
