Business Change Manager
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
This position may require up to 25% travel depending on the needs of the business.
This position is located at any Anthem location within the US (flexibility to work from home is possible but must sit within 30 miles to an Anthem office)
The department operates from 8 AM EST to 7 PM EST (Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business)
Business Change Manager
BA/BS in a related field; and 5 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign
o Or combination of experience and education
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects required.
Experience working in a clinical environment
Experience doing presentations to internal and external teams.
Experience working Behavioral Health
Experience with Manage Care
Case management/utilization management
Working with Medicare and/or Medicaid
